Shipping policy
All items are shipped within 2 to 3 days
of order confirmation.
Items will be shipped via UPS.
Shipping for all furniture and larger items
is not the responsibility of Leonce Antiques. Items
will be available for local pickup or pickup by delivery
company arranged by customer after payment is cleared. These
items are clearly marked with a *Note in
their description.
Condition:
All of our antiques are cleaned before
item is shipped to you.
Leonce Antiques is liable for the condition
of antiques stated in item descriptions.
Returns & exchange policy:
As a customer of the Leonce Antiques,
you have 7 days upon receipt of a purchase to return or
exchange any item.
The customer will be responsible for
the return shipping costs.
Returns will be less our shipping and
handling charges.
Shipping errors:
When it is obvious that Leonce Antiques has made an error
as in:
Item was shipped to someone else's order.
Item received was something other original order.
Please
send back the shipment and we will gladly exchange or refund
it. We will refund or credit you the shipping and handling
charges in returning the items to us. Please include copies
of your shipping receipts to us with the returned package.
Note: If you place an
order with us for place settings or other pieces and they
don't match your set's pieces, this is not considered by
us a mistake on our part. We try our very best to always
help our customers when ordering to match as closely as possible
to make sure that the pieces we send will match the pieces
in the customer’s original
sets. Unfortunately, it's not always possible to accomplish
this due to several reasons:
Our customers don't always know
the exact measurements of the pieces when placing an order.
Many customers indicate dinner size,
but often is not always the correct size. Most patterns
have 3 sizes: dinner, place or luncheon.
Variations in sizes and weight are common
with pieces, especially in certain patterns.
A small minority of customers demand that all pieces be
100% identical to each other. Often with older sets it's
virtually impossible to achieve this. We accept returns
for any reason. But we can only refund the original purchase
price less shipping and handling.
Placing orders:
Orders can be placed by Phone, Online, or in person.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. Our delivery
schedule is shown above.
Orders paid for by check or money orders will be delayed
until the check clears the bank.
Our online ordering system is not directly on line. Our instore
data base will take precedence over any errors in our online
database.
Although our online inventory is updated several times per
week, we do not guarantee that all items will be in stock
to fill web orders. Currently, we can only guarantee
orders taken over the phone by our friendly salespeople.
All prices on any of these related sites are subject to
change without notice.
We will ship anywhere in the U.S. Overseas orders
require individualized shipping charges and different insurance
pricing structure.
Shipping Charges:
Orders will be shipped through UPS service.
Shipping charges are based on weight of products and destination.
Handling charges:
UPS is
now charging a $40 Brokerage Fee plus customs on any package
going out of the USA ground shipping.
